This would mean that you are required to use strategy instead of just rushing through it with your main deck. This could be done for instance by laying restrictions on different levels: there could be a level similar to Guild Maps, that always have the graveyard sealed and thereby negating the effect of your recycling and rebirth creatures. There could also be a level giving all cards immunity to Magic Damage, Physical Damage or Direct Damage or vice versa, a level where all damage is amplified or minimized, a level not allowing evolved creatures and many more other options. This means that you will have to change your deck for every challenge, while at the same time giving the computer many more options for creating a strong deck. New strategies also mean that we can see more interesting cards compared to the previous levels: every Human deck had Great Mystic and Paragon, every Mortii Deck had Snow Harlot and so on. It would be cool to face rarer cards like Alice, Gemini, or Columbus, and see newer Heroes like Alchemist or Spirit Arbiter.Īside from this, the rewarding system in the last few maps is just so bad. I think everyone agrees that obtaining an Essence after beating a difficult level on Hard mode feels really lackluster.

They could improve this by bringing back 4-star rewards like in the old maps these don't even have to be super strong cards, but it just feels so much more rewarding obtaining a creature instead of mere Essences. They could even go as far as handing out weaker 5-stars like Yggdryad for a couple of the levels: although I am pretty sure most people being on this level will either already have these cards or just not needing them, it still feels really rewarding when you obtain a 5-star creature. However, knowing IGG they will probably not go that far. I realise that this will probably not happen or even work out, but right now I feel a bit aimless in Deck Heroes and a new map would be really cool. This step is essential as it gives the plugin everything it needs on the page to get as much profile information as possible. To make the profile variables work you'll need to add a new line to the very end of Themes > Layout Templates > Mini-Profile and paste the code below on it. The code should be placed completely outside of the mini-profile, so if you're using the default mini-profile template this will be after the very last closing tag.

This needs to be done on every theme you have the plugin enabled on as the template is theme-specific.
